Do you repair all makes of bikes?
- Due to the lack of technical support from many electric bike manufacturers and brands sold via the Internet, we are unable to repair bikes sold via the Internet or big-box stores.
When I bought my bike from the previous owners of Giant Granby / Giant West Island / VéloGare, free maintenance and adjustments were offered for life. Is this still valid?
- In order to offer the same quality of service as our workshops at Giant Magog and Giant Sherbrooke, all agreements made with the former owners of Giant Granby / Giant West Island / Vélogare are no longer applicable.
